Tandoori Chicken in Pan

All of us go out and love to have Tandoori chicken. But now you can make it at home even without tandoor. So why to go out??? Check out this amazing Tandoori chicken and try it out for yourself.

Prep time: 6 hours 30 min
Cook time: 15 min
Ready in: 6 hours 45 min
Yields: 250g of chicken serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken, with bone
  • salt to taste
  • 1-tsp black pepper powder
  • 1-tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1-tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1-tbsp lemon juice
  • 5-6 mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1-tsp cumin powder
  • 1-tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2- tsp garam masala powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and put it in a bowl.
  2. Now add all the ingredients which I've mentioned under the ingredients list.
  3. Mix all of them together and refrigerate it for about 6 hours.
  4. After 6 hours, on a non-stick pan drizzle little bit of vegetable oil and put the chicken pieces and cook it for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Once the chicken is roasted, serve it hot with mint chutney.
