Crispy Hash Brown

Enjoy the amazing American breakfast "Crispy Hash brown". This mouth watering breakfast is available in North-America. But now you can make it with me. Try this out and I challenge you can't resist it.

Yields: single serving

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • to taste, salt
  • pinch of black pepper powder
  • oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes. Remove all of the water by squeezing them by your hands.
  2. Add salt and pepper into it.
  3. In a pan take little oil and put the potatoes into it and spread them with the help of a spatula. Remember there shouldn't be any gap between potatoes, otherwise it would get scrambled.
  4. Fry it on both sides till crispy golden.
  5. Serve hot.
