Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, grated
- to taste, salt
- pinch of black pepper powder
- oil, for frying
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes. Remove all of the water by squeezing them by your hands.
- Add salt and pepper into it.
- In a pan take little oil and put the potatoes into it and spread them with the help of a spatula. Remember there shouldn't be any gap between potatoes, otherwise it would get scrambled.
- Fry it on both sides till crispy golden.
- Serve hot.
