I
would like to dedicate this recipe to my Mum. She taught me how to make
this mouth-watering Spicy Soya Lollipop.Thank you Mom, I love you. Not
only aesthetic appeal but it has got amazing taste as well. Now I am
sharing this wonderful recipe with you.
Ingredients
- 250g soya chaap
- 5-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp oil
Instructions
- Boil the soya chaap for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker.
- While soya is getting boiled, we will make our tempering. In a pan put vegetable oil and saute garlic in it for 10-15 seconds.
- After that add chopped onion and green chillies in it and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato into it and mix well.
- Now it's time to add salt, turmeric and black pepper powder. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add boiled soya chaap into it and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
