Afghani Chicken In Pan

When we talk about soft and tender chicken what comes to our mind? Yes, you are right. Afghani Chicken is the most softest and juicy chicken of all times. Wanna cook it in a pan? Get ready for it.

Yields: serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken
  • 10-12 cashew nuts, soaked
  • 1-tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1-tsp black pepper powder
  • 2-tbsp thick cream
  • to taste, salt
  • 1-tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of chaat masala, for garnish
  • slice of lemon, for garnish
  • sprig of coriander, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak cashew nuts in milk for 1 hour. Remove from milk and make a thick paste in a grinder.
  2. Now add chicken pieces in a bowl. add ginger-garlic paste, cashew paste, pepper powder, thick cream, salt and lemon juice in it.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate for about 6-7 hours.
  4. After 6 hours drizzle some oil in a non-stick pan and roast chicken pieces 10 minutes on each side on medium flame.
  5. Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot with lemon.
